Thanks for your posting back.
As the versions of files Outlfltr.dat & Outlfltr.dll are correct, we can
confirm the update 835235 is properly installed. Thus, installation of the
update failed, which is expected.

Outlfltr.dat,Outlfltr.dll
|are ok. Procedure for applying Office 2003 SP1 was successful
(same?!). I
