Outlook Junk email filter

Hello,

I am working in a company that do email marketing. When we send an email
campaign sometimes the campaign goes into junk folder of clients outlook. The
client's outlook settings for junk email is low. We test the email before
sending them using some tools to check the deliverability of them.

My question is that, Is there any way by which we can know that the email
content is having this particular type of problem because of which it is
going into junk?

It would be great If some one can let me know some tools which checks the
email deliverability check for outlook.

Can I send this type of emails to Microsoft for further tests?

There's no way to know that beforehand and Microsoft doesn't publish the
criteria they use. Have your recipients add the sending address to their Safe
Senders list and the Junk E-mail filter should ignore it.
