Hi there:
Last week, I sent a note to this message board, asking if
anyone had encountered the problem some of my teammates
are currently having. I haven't heard back from anyone
yet, and since my message is about 20 pages back now, I
am sending this note again, hoping that someone can offer
any answers, suggestions, or advice. My note is below:
"I am trying to resolve an Outlook issue, and am having
problems. Hopefully, someone from this message board can
help me out. One of my co-workers is getting the
following message when trying to access Outlook on her
laptop at our client site:
"Your logon information was incorrect. Check your
username and domain, then type your password again. If
your account is new or if your administrator requested a
password change you need to click Change Password then
logon with your new password."
The problem is that this person's mail account can be
accessed on the client's desktop computer. This person
should be able to logon to her mail account through her
laptop. I am able to do so with mine, as are my co-
workers. I compared my Outlook settings with the one on
her computer, and everything is the same. Has anyone
encountered an issue like this? If so, how can this be
resolved."
Once again, any help you can provide would be very
greatly appreciated.
Regards,
Dinesh.
