Outlook is not available 2 second user account

I have Admin account and want to use a second account(limited) as my email,
web searching, games. I created the 2 account, but I see no Outlook icon in
tray. If I hunt for it and open, it begins to do a window install and says
it can't find E: SKU01.cab file. How can I make Outlook available to me as a
second user with the same name, adress etc. (aduplicate of my Admin
acccount). I am an beginner here, so please explain clearly.
