Outlook is blocking only URL Link attaqchments

A co-worker of mine's Outlook is blocking any URL link
(attachment) that I send to her.... I have tried sending
her Excell attachments, .TXT attachment, JPG/GIF
attachments, and etc. and all of them go thru even with
our AVG scanning in-coming emails.. However only when I
try to send her a attached link to a website, that
Outlook says it "Removed the unsafe attachment".... Any
idea on what could be cauing this, I checked her security
settings and they seem to be alright... By the way it is
Outlook 2000 and running Win XP.... Any help or ideas
would be greatly appreciated
