Outlook/iPhone Auto Format Issue

This post is about how my appointments are displayed on the Outlook side of
things. I have Outlook auto format my appointments to reflect a certain color
based on some word triggers.

Can someone explain why there is a difference between appointments posted
using Outlook to those posted using the iPhone?
