I have used Outlook as a Calendar/organizer for 4 years on different
computers, and to synchronize with both Pocket PC and Palm handheld
computers. Now I bought a new laptop, and I installed Office 2000 on it. I
want to use Outlook without email (I use Outlook 2000 instead) but this time
Oulok won’t allow it. Outlook will open but only as a browser – there are no
Calendar, Tasks, and Memo folders. This has never happened before, and i
don't knwo how to fix it. Help files say there should be options to “use
outlook without email†but these are nowhere to be found in my Outlook. I
tried to reinstall but got the same results. What is up here? Am I missing
something?
(I don’t understand the choose profile option that comes up in the
installation dialog either….)
Any help would be appreciated!
