Outlook inserts my name

On a "reply" email, Outlook inserts my bracketed name
when I hit the "ENTER" key. Can I stop this? Makes it
almost impossible to edit anything in my reply.

Click on tools and choose options. Choose email options, there will be a section for replies, it probably has what your describing for each line to mark your comments

Thank you Jon, even though your reply ran along and kind
of fell off my page, I was able to follow your directions
enough to find the right buttons and finally was able to
turn this off....at least in theory. Thanks a heap! Ann
