I can see the number of emails coming in but they are not their, they are located in the UNREAD folder, how can I chage that so they show up in the INBOX

Hello and welcome to the forums :)

Which verison of Outlook are you using? Are the e-mails stored in the unread folder once you have viewed them (or marked then as read), or do they disappear? It could be they they are still going to the inbox, but just appearing as "unread" for new e-mails.
