Then I would post to an Exchange group for specific information on your version of Exchange as to how to remove these universal permissions. Microsoft.public.exchange.admin is a good place to start. Be sure to include your versions of Outlook and Exchange.

After furious head scratching, lbyron asked:

| permission in the Exchange box. I have been able to prevent other
| from seeing the Inbox by going to the Inbox permissions in
| properties, and adding all users withthe rights of None.
