outlook in pocketpc

Help!!

I configured my pocketpc with wireless oronco gold card to
access my POP3 e-mail. Is there a way for me to set so it
checks for my e-mail every 1 min like it does on my full
version on my desktop? if not is there a plug-in to check
my e-mails every 1min?
