Outlook Image attachments

Where are they stored on your hard drive? Is there a
folder with all the attached images you receive and all
the attached images you send?

If you wanted to edit/delete them to free up space, can
you find them on your local harddrive instead of going
through each e-mail seperatly in Outlook?

Attachments to email messages are stored with your other Outlook data either
in a Personal Folders .pst file or in your Exchange mailbox.
