Outlook identity to previous owner when PC crashes

I have a new pc and my nephew now has my old one. Although I have removed all my identities and files from the old system every time he crashes the pc (he is a brand new computer user) then powers back up again his email identity is deleted and mine is there instead so he starts getting all my mail. Is there something else to be done when removing an identity from Outlook. Fortunately he lives downstairs so I just go down and reset everything, however, this is really annoying and inconvenient. Any suggestions will be welcomed. Thanks

Outlook doesn't use Identities...Outlook Express does. Which program is
your nephew using?

Unfortunately I don't know much about diagnosing Outlook Express problems,
as Outlook Express is actually a completely different program from Outlook
despite the similar name. If you go to http://insideOE.tomsterdam.com, you
will find a lot of information about Outlook Express data...and if you don't
find the answer to your particular problem there, you can find links to
Outlook Express newsgroups, where hopefully someone will be able to help you
troubleshoot your issue. Good luck!
