outlook, How do i find address book on old hard drive

my old computer crashed and i installed the hard drive into the new computer.
I can get excel and word files on the old drive. I would like to find and
import my address book from the outlook on the old hard drive to the new hard
drive. How would i find the addreess book and is it possiable to get the
emails that were in outlook and have them moved to the outlook on the new
drive? thanks steve
