Mike

I have a user on our network with a laptop that
want's to setup a seperate contact list in outlook 2000.
Right now all his contacts and e-mail come from our
exchange server. He want's that to stay the same but have
a seperate contacts for when he travels and is not online
with the network in house. when he gets back he would then
switch to the live on line contacts and e-mails.

How do I do this?

Please help.

Ok I have already done the sync option is this easy to
turn off. and for creating the offline app this will only
show contacts not e-mails? This is in tools menu?

Thanks

set up a second profile using control panel's mail applet and use the
offline option.

when you're working offline, you'll have a local copy of both email and
contacts.
