Outlook help

When addressing emails, how do I set up my contacts to have sub folders, and
drop down so that I can add names? I am using Outlook 2003. I was able to
do this with Outlook 2000.
 
Any Contacts folder you enable as an email address book (in its Properties)
should appear in your dropdown.
