Outlook has the following error message.

One of the users was keep getting the following error message:
Task 'Microsoft Exchange Server' reported error (0x80040111) : 'The
server is not available. Contact your administrator if this condition
persists.'

However the user was no problem to send/receive email, I have exchange 2003
and Outlook 2003 with all later service pack.

The server is not available or Microsoft Exchange Server Sending and Receiving' reported error, so it is simple error for outlook. you can also try this software http://www.outlookostrepair.com/ for connect server
