Outlook has stoped letting me send mail

Hello

Need a bit of help with this. About 1 month ago Outlook 2002 with all updates stopped letting me send mails
I can't see the send button and if I do the Alt S all I get is a ping noise and that's it

I took Office off but only from the add remove programmes area, I did not go down a edit the reg or anything but still no luck. Has anyone herd of this before, if so whats the fix

Just a guess but it sounds like your toolbar with the
Send button is either off or the Send button has been
removed from it.
Try this first, in the email message go to the View menu,
then Toolbars. If Standard doesn't have a checkmark next
to it then click on it to turn that toolbat back on (it
has the Send button).
If the Standard toolber is already on (has checkmark next
to it) then try resetting it back to it's default
settings by right-clicking on the menu bar and selecting
Customize. Then click on the Toolbars tab and highlight
the Standard toolbar in the list, then click the Reset
button.

No, that's not it as it's also stoped getting mail to
Even if the send button had gone the ALT S would still work

Any other ideas??
