On one PC (not the other) Outlook has started hanging when I try to reply,
forward, or (sometimes) start a new messge. I can receive and read messages,
but that is about all. The PC has Windows XP and Office XP (2002). I use
Word for Outlook message composition. I have uninstalled and reinstalled
Office, but the problem persists.

Thank you.

Yes, they do work correctly. So the problem is disabled, but not solved.
Thank you for replying!

No, the issue is being isolated not ignored ;-)
Locate your normal.dot file while Word and Outlook are closed and rename it
to .old. Now try replying in Outlook again with Word as the email editor.

Hi,
I have similar problem with outlook. Outlook is restarted upon reply of FW of message. Sometimes when searching or composing new mail. I also use word as my editor, also re-installed office (2007) and problem persists.

Any ideas?
