Hi everyone
I am hoping someone can help me with this weird problem.
I have searched elsewhere and come here as a last resort.
We have a large network which comprises of Windows 2000
and Windows XP machines, we are running outlook 2000 with
latest office SP + hotfixes. We are running an exchange
2003 server.
When the majority of our users close down outlook on
their clients - it exits and then the closing box just
stays on the screen, the only way to end it is to go into
task manager and kill outlook.exe.
I read that it could be because of Word, but we don't use
word as our mail editors, I've also read that it could be
down to add-ins, we have none installed. However we have
the following listed in the add-in manager:
Exchange scan
Delegate access
Deleted items recovery
Net folders
Exchange extension commands
Exchange extension property pages
Can anyone shed any light here?
Thanks in advance
