Outlook Hangin up on Load

The problem that we are having is with Outlook 2000 SR-1a with SP3
running on Windows 2000 Pro SP4. If a user shuts down their computer
at night everything works great the next morning. If the only logoff
or lock their workstation, which is our preferable choice, outlook
takes a minimum of 45 mins to load the next time the login. This is a
problem, that I have exhausted all resources trying to resolve,
including /safemode, reinstalling office and outlook, repairing
office, deleting user profiles, etc.. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

Have you ran a viruscheck on the machine? Make sure your definitions are
current.

We have mcafee epolicy running on the entire network. It is also
happening on several machines in the office, not just one. thanks for
the suggestion though.
