Outlook Group Schedule

Is there a way to change the group schedule view to show 30 minute
increments? We've developed a group scheduler for our front desk, but our
hours vary from worker to worker. On the current view, it appears someone is
here until 4:00 or 5:00 when they actually leave at 3:30 or 4:30.

No, it works on hours and size in % - 150% (or higher) makes the cells
larger so it might be easier to judge the length of shorter appointments.
