Tha add-in "C:WINDOWS\system32\fxsext32.dll" could not be installed or
loaded. This problem may be resolvrd by using Detect and Repair on the help
menu. Unable to load "C:WINDOWS\system32\fxsext32.dll", You may be out of
memory, out of system resources, or missing a .dll file.

How can I address this situation, have done the "detect and repair" in
conjuction with original xp office cd over and over, the message persists'

Not a Windows Mail question.

It is an add-in for fax in M$ Office program, try this group:
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.outlook.fax
or
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.outlook.general
 
Fxsext.dll is a component of the Fax Mail Transport and is listed in the
Add-In manager as "Fax Server Extensions". Try unchecking this add-in in the
Add-In manager ('tools|Options|Other|Add-In manager).
