Hi :)

Is anyone please able to enlighten me? In Outlook
Free/Busy Options I can set things to make a .vfb file
appear on my Intranet when I Send/Receive Free?busy
Information *but* no matter what I set in the minutes box
for periodically updating the server, nothing happens.

I'm using a file in Shared Documents on my local machine
as the target ...

file:///C:/Documents%20and%20Settings/All%
20Users/Documents/calendarInfo/freeBusy.vfb

All help appreciated

You must trigger a change on the calendar like creating a new appointment
for the free/busy to publish. Most likely when you enable this option you
will already have data on your calendar, so you'll have to manually publish
using Send/Receive Free/Busy. From then on, any changes made to your
calendar will update the file.

Hope that helps,
