We are running Exchange 2000 SP3 on Win2k Server. Our
client software is latest versions of Outlook (2000, XP,
and 2003). My question: is there a way to add another
color-coded category to indicate that a person is "Working
From Home"?
Specifically, I have been tasked with looking into the
possibility of adding to the current default free/busy
options of "Out of Office", "Busy", "Tentative", and "No
Info". The admins at my company would like to add a new
category to indicate that a person may be "working from
home" so as not to schedule them to be available for any
face-to-face meetings, interviews, etc.
This may be more of an Exchange 2000 add-in but I am
trying to find out if this is viable and possibly how to
do it.
Thanks in advance for any help or feedback.
