Hello,
I am having an issue with scheduling people for meetings
in Outlook 2000 Calendar. We have about 35 computers all
using outlook. Half of the people can be seen and half of
the people I can not see their free busy info. I do not
understand why this is happening. Any Ideas, please reply.
Thanks,
Zach

I am having the same problem.

Though this is on an Exchange 2k network, running many
versions of Office (though we're trying to get everyone
to 2k2 or 2k3).

If I do a plan a meeting in 2k3, I can see most people,
but if I run it in 2k0, I lose some people.

Any ideas would be very much appreciated.

In our case, we are now running Exchange 2003. The
computers are on Outlook 2k, 2k2, or 2k3. The issue
seemed to begin after our server crashed. Since then,
people have been accessing their outlook from our parent
company's server 1.5 hours north of here. So I am not
sure if this is occuring because of the mailbox move or
not. Still it is strange that half of the people show as
no information.
Any ideas would be great,
Thanks,
Zach

Anyone have any suggestions at all?
