Outlook Forms Publishing

I recently created a custom form that submits user helpdesk issues. I am supposed to publish this into the public folder for easy reach, but when i do this, it still takes users say like 5 steps to get the form

I am hoping there is a way that i can make the form the default to the folder so the users just need to click once to get the form.

Pls someone should help

You can set the default form on the Properties page of a folder. See
