Outlook forced to close by BCM on execution of new account

I have a problem with Outlook 2003 being forced to close (Microsoft Office
Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close) when I try to create a
new account in BCM. I also receive the same result when I try to create new
opportunity in BCM.
I have been able to record the 'error signature' which is:
EventType : clr20r3 P1 : outlook.exe P2 : 11.0.8118.0 P3 :

P4 : microsoft.businesssolutions.ecrm.outlookaddin P5 : 2.0.2107.0

Does anyone know whats causing this and how I can fix it? Does anyone know
if the BCM Security Patch: KB842496 will resolve
 
Did you fix the problem? I have the same problem of Outlook 20007 forced to
close. Very annoying!

Just purchased ACT.

Everyone has the same problem with OUTLOOK and BCM(slow performance,
crashes, etc.) and no solution or comments from Microsoft. (disable add-ins?)


Deleted BCM from the Program list. Seems to be running faster. I am
considering de-installing Office 2007 and asking for a refund! (purchased 25
days ago).

I think ACT and outlok 2003 may be an overall better choice than 2007 and
BCM.
