Outlook Follow Up Flag

I am trying to attach a follow up flag to an email sent to
one of my customers; however, I am not receiving a
reminder popup for this follow up. I have tested this
option with emails in my in-box and receive a pop-up
reminder for these emails, but not on sent emails. Is
this option not available for emails in my sent box or is
this a configuration issue on my end? Thanks.
 
By default you only get reminders in the default Inbox, Contacts,
Tasks and Calendar folders. You would need to use a 3rd party addin to
provide reminders from other folders.
 
Thanks Ken. Cna you suggest any of those 3rd Party
addin's that may help us? Thanks again.

The only ones I know of are Extended Reminders and Reminder Manager,
both of which I have listed on my Web site. See the link in my
signature.
