I have a quick question: I want to add a follow up flag
to an email we sent to one of our customers and have a
reminder pop-up "reminding" us of this follow up, however,
since I never really used this function (to its fullest
capability) I was testing it and noticed that a reminder
is only given when the email we want to follow up on was
sent to us - in our in-box. Is this option not available
with sent items or is this a configuration issue on our
end? Thanks.
