I want to assign the mails and the addresses of a projekt (lets call it A) to
a folder
on the Harddisk (where all my other project A related files are stored).
This enables me also to save/backup all files including the outlook files
seperately, lets say on a CD.
What do I have to do, to install a folder, which is not saved in the general
outlook.pst-file (the general outlook-file is too big and contains all other
projects).
I use outlook 2007 & 2003.
Can anybody give me an instruction on how to achieve this. Now I have all
projects
in this common pst-file, for each project already a seperate folder.

thanks

ALL Outlook folders are in a PST (or in an Exchange mailbox). There's no
other way to store data in Outlook. You can, however, create another PST
and put it where you want (but you can do that with any Outlook PST,
including the default PST), moving messages to it that you want separate
from the mail folders.
