My Outlook folder size says it is 83MB right now. However, when I vew all my
appointments, I do not even see one that is 1MB in size. The math is not
adding up. I work at a company where I receive many attachments with my
meeting requests. However, I save those attachements on my computer, and
delete them from the appointment before I accept. What am I doing wrong?
How do I fix this?

Right click on Outlook Today and select Properties, then click on folder
size. It will tell you how much storage you have in each folder in Outlook,
not just your calendar.

Milly,

You have a good suggestion for figuring out the "real" size of the Outlook
folder, but I think Jessica may be experiencing a similar problem to one I am
having (namely the size of the Calendar folder growing out of hand).

If that is the REAL problem, how can we clean our calendar folder and retain
some of our historical Calendar information?

Is it possible to somehow archive the information/appointments from the
Calendar folder that can be re-accessed if we need to see it?

Thank you in advance for your assistance.
