Outlook Folder Columns

Using standalone OL 2007, I tend to use a lot of local Outlook folders. I
find that each folder has the folder columns (i.e. - From, To, Subject
etc.), I want to elect one set for all folder and let that be the default of
creating any new ones. This includes the column size etc.

Any help would be appreciated.
