Outlook Faxing question

Hi,

We have win 2k3 with faxing setup, exchange 2k3 and Xp Pro clients using
Outlook 2k3. I have set the fax up on the Xp machines as a printer and can
fax just as if you print and it works that way. That is as far as I've
gotten with the whole fax thing.
I am wondering if say I'm in outlook and want to send something to 5
contactsand 3 have email addresses as well as fax numbers, 2 just have fax
numbers. Is there a way to set the preference to use email first (if exist)
else use the fax?

No. When you fax from Outlook you must expressly select which address you
want to use.
