outlook express

Why is it taking me a minute or more to open my outlook express? My husband (on the same computer) can open his account in milliseconds... Help!

Open Outlook Express and from its Toolbar select:
Tools > Options. Under the "General tab", uncheck
"Automatically logon on to Windows Messenger",
then click on "Apply".

I have the exact same problem! Four people log-on, two open Outlook immediately, two take forerever to open. did you find a solution?
