anyone who can help.for some reason i am having trouble
with my server.all reads ok except from the incoming mail
(pop3)keeps coming up local host and not what it should
read pop.co .nz.i have spoken to ihug but they say that
its not their prob. help urgent.

I'll bet you are running Norton AntiVirus. You need to go into Norton and
disable email protection for that account, try it to see if it works that
way, then re-enable protection again.
