Outlook Express

I can not get to a link if I get a link sent to me in
Outlook. Why? What do I need to do. When I click on the
link nothing happen, not even an error message.
 
What version of Outlook are you running and what mode (Corp/Workgroup,
Internet Mail Only, etc.) do you have it installed in? If you're not sure,
check Help | About.

Do you have Internet Explorer configured as your default browser?

That's fine, and what version of Outlook are you using? If you're not sure
go into Outlook and click Help | About.
