Outlook express

I upgraded Office works to the OfficeXP Professional.
Since doing this I have not been able to send and receive
email. I am on Cox Cable and ther operate on Outlook
express? What can I do?
 
Do you get any errors? Also, did you switch from using Outlook Express to
using Outlook from Office?
