Outlook Express

HELP! I am not a computer person. A friend gave us her
Dell 4400 as a gift for our ministry. We want to use
Outlook Express for e-mail, but cannot get it to work. I
called our ISP and they said it was an Outlook Express
problem. When we try to use it, it says that the
connection failed due to a socket error # 10061 and error
# 0X800CCC0E. Does anyone know what this means and how
to overcome it? Thanks! Help quickly!

The best way to solve the problem is to obtain the

latest version of Internet Explorer and Outlook Express
from your ISP, it should be available on CD for direct
installation,and then enter your settings for your e-mail
account, by adding a new account. As to what the errors
mean no idea, but a similar problem I had was resolved by
the above.
