I recently changed my ISP to Cox Cable which uses Outlook
Express for e-mail. Since changing, I am unable to use
links referred to in my e-mail, ie., I receive an e-mail
from my visa account stating that my statement is ready
and gives me a 'Log On' button. When I click onto it,
nothing happens. I contacted Cox, but they say it is an
Outlook Express problem and that I should contact
Microsoft. However, they want $35 up front before talking
to me. Can anyone give me any ideas that I can try first?
