Outlook Express

I have spent the last 3 hours trying to get Outlook
Express to start working on my new laptop. It refuses to
connect with my ISP (MSN8). I have gone thru every
troubleshooting site I can find and none of them are any
help. Does anyone out there have any suggestions?

Tools>Accounts>Mail>Properties. Make sure the settings are correct
under each tab. If you're not sure, contact your server. They have
the information you need.
