I am trying to find out how to change the clock settings
on my received mail. It seems to be off by 3 hours. Any
suggestions?
 
Sounds like you may have your time zone set incorrectly. Go to Control
Panel, Date and Time, and see if you have the correct zone selected.

Some servers (sending you "received" mail) may themselves
be off!-( I've seen them off by 5 hours. Check your own
clock setting, then don't worry about it. - RM
