Using Bt Yahoo Windows XP cannot access outlook express as each time I try a
message asking if I want to disconnect shows on screen. the same thing
happens whether I click yes or no. The whole thing freezes and does not allow
me to even close programme without having to turn off computer manually

Do you have BT Yahoo's software installed, if yes, that may be the issue,
you might try removing it and using a native connection to connect to the
Internet as opposed to using their software.

If the above isn't the issue or doesn't resolve the issue, please try your
question on the microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress
newsgroup.

I do have BT Yahoo but I have only ever used BT Yahoo from the time I purchased my computer (six months ago) I have previously been able to use Outlook Express without any problem. I do not use it as a rule and only use BT Yahoo to receive emails but for some reason all the emails in my inbox vanished so I thought I would see if I could find them in Outlook Express. I do not know what a native connection is. Shall I use the link you have recommended to try and find a solution.
