Outlook Express

I'm have problems opening or saving attachments. Could my configuration in
outlook express be wrong, and if so what can I do to correct it?

Since you don't tell us the problem, we can only make assumptions. Assuming
I've made the right assumption about what the problem is or problems are, go
to Tools, select Options,
go to the Security tab, remove the check from "Do not allow attachments to
be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus" and click apply and
ok.

NOTE: you should always first save attachments and scan for viruses before
opening. Most viruses received from friends and people we know.
