When I open an e-mail message the viewing window is blank the header info is there but I can't read the message. What to do??

Several possible fixes.

In OE: Go to Tools>Options>Read>Fonts: Change the default encoding setting
to Western (ISO). And in IE: Delete the Temporary Internet Files, including
all offline content.

If that doesn't resolve it:

Go to: Start>Run>Type: regsvr32 inetcomm.dll - Press: Enter.
