Serverice unavailable when checking msn mail. I put in
logon information to log on and it checks and pop's back
up everytime not telling me that it's not a vaild
information ( server name:
http://oe.msn.msnmail.hotmail.com/cgi/bin/hmdata ). When
pollong it it alway's give's errors that service is
unavaiable.

What you're describing is what happens when the hotmail servers (which host
MSN mail) or passport servers are not working correctly. You can check the
MSN status pages located somewhere in the customer service section of their
site to see if there's a known problem with access to either of these features.
If a problem is listed, an ETA is usually noted for when they expect it to be
working again.

Most of the time this information is current but it is possible for the
status page to say everything is okay and still not have access from
your location. From here, give the servers a few hours or so to sort
themselves out or contact MSN tech support directly.
