Ok...i have a problem...a storm knocked out my computer
and now all my old email is gone out of outlook
express....anyway to get it back

Maybe, if you ask in a relevant group? This group is for hardware
related stuff with XP, which you aren't asking about.

Try asking in a group with OUTLOOK EXPRESS or OE in the title.
