outlook express

I am using xp anytime i try and open outlook express i get the
message.Outlook Express
could not be started because MSOE.DLL could not be initilalized.Outlook
express may not be installed correctly.Is there an easy soloution to this
problem as i am a begginer and don't want to start messing about with the
registry because i basically don't have a clue.many thanks in advance.

you may just have a corrupt user\ identity.

try new user\identity

The first thing to do is to re-register that DLL file. Start - Run and
run the line
regsvr32 msoe.dll
