Outlook Express

I installed Windows XP Pro on a brand new P4.
Installed latest Bios and Windows updates.
Everything runs well except Outlook Express.
Once we start Outlokk Express, it displays the banner for
about one minute before we can access it.

Any suggestions?

I am a bit confused.

It is a brand new installation of Windows XP Pro with no
other applications loaded.

Would this suggest something wrong with file corruption in
the media.
