What has happened to Outlook Express? I have been unable to access it since
9-01. I set up a "new" account using "pop3.live.com" with outgoing server
port # 587 and incoming server port # 995 but still can not access my
e-mail.
What must I do to restore access?

Ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup, for starters. This group is for the
Office Pro database software "Microsoft Access", not for questions about
"access to email".
